SELF-ADHESIVE PDLC FILM - Glass Innovation

SELF-ADHESIVE PDLC FILM

SELF-ADHESIVE PDLC FILM

It is another element of the PDLC technology. It is a film composed of two conductive ITO films, between which liquid crystal gel is enclosed; the film is covered by inductive gel layer on one side. This film is intended to be attached on existing glass structure.

Advantages:

  • Installation on already existing glazing
  • UV resistance
  • After the application, it has the same properties as PDLC glass

Use of the self-adhesive PDLC foils:

  • Where the glass areas are already installed and there is a requirement to protect privacy without need of their dismounting and replacement.

Specifications:

  • The films are prepared according to the customer's request, in the required shape.
  • Standard thickness of the film are available in individual formats: 1,250 mm in the case of milk film, 1,500 mm in the case of black or grey film.
  • Film length in individual formats: 4,500 mm
  • Film thickness: 0.5 mm
  • Colours of films: milk, grey or black
